Pattern Projector Drivers

The optical output power of a laser diode is proportional to the current that’s above threshold current value. The I-V characteristic of laser diodes is that the voltage almost constant throughout the current range. To control optical power, one needs a current source, rather than voltage.

The below current drivers enable to get the pattern projector up and running quickly.
TLD-300 and TLD-2500 can be synchronized the a global-shutter camera via TTL signal, while USB2LD can be comfortably operated from a USB port using knobs, and features a digital display to monitor laser current and voltage.
